Section 3 | Rule #2: Regarding the Demonic Attack Against the Custos’ Office of Headship and Spiritual Authority

Let the Custos be aware that the evil spirits, through the mediums of the world, and at times his wife, and at times those representing the Church, in the name of religion, politics, and equality will assault and malign the Custos’ divinely appointed office of spiritual headship. The evil spirits will attempt to shame the Custos for believing in and exercising his authority by accusing him of being misogynistic, chauvinistic, or in believing that he has greater dignity, rights, and privileges than the woman.  Argumentation and propaganda such as the rejection of the equality of rights of women, the dehumanizing and enslaving of woman, the domineering and tyrannical abuses of women by men throughout history, are some of the accusations that the evil spirits will lodge against the Custos for the purpose of intimidating him and shaming him, in order that he will apologize for his headship, and relinquish his vocational role and responsibility.

As a ship without a captain is in disarray; or as a business cannot function properly without a supervisor, or as an army cannot be organized without a leader, if the Custos submits to the evil spirits’ intimidation and relinquishes his divinely appointed headship, the ship of his family may not reach the shores of heaven, or prove victorious in the battle against evil and vice; indeed, the project of the domestic church will be greatly compromised, if not fail altogether. For if there is none to lead, none will follow. If a man leads not his family toward Christ, his family will be led by the evil one from Christ. As it is said, the word ‘devil’ comes from the Greek word diabalos, which can be translated as ‘to divide.’ The Custos’ headship affords unity in the family, while the absence of his authority creates chaos and division.
